As a part of “Family Counselling Program by Top Management” at Employee’s Residences, it was observed that Behavioural Change can be achieved by changing the EQ (i.e. Emotional Quotient) of employees towards safety.
In line with the thought, an initiative of raising awareness for Safety, Health & Environment among the children of our employees engaged in Operational Jobs has been endeavoured namely “PROJECT PRAYAS”.
For the Launch of the Pilot Program KPS Kadma was chosen as through an internal Database Mining it was found that the maximum number of the Operational Employee’s Kids were enrolled at KPS Kadma.
The program shall be carried out for other schools also.
