As part of Continuous Improvement and Problem solving, Naresh Kumar & Co. Pvt. Ltd. Undertakes various initiatives and programs. One such initiative is designing and conducting Small Group Activities (SGA).
Under this all the employees are distributed in Teams of Small Groups consisting of 4-6 Members.
Each team through their own member’s abilities takes up any improvement projects for his/her particular site and carry out the same .
Those projects are known as Kaizens which is a Japanese word meaning Continuous Improvement.
Kaizens are done in various fields like Safety, Health, Ergonomics, Operation, 5S, etc.
The program was organized and implemented at all the operational sites maintained, managed and operated by Naresh Kumar & Co. Pvt. Ltd. (RMM, BRP & CHUB)main objective of the Ceremony is to award all those employees who have done significant improvement projects at Central Hub in FY’14-15.
Naresh Kumar & Co. Pvt. Ltd. Also feels privileged to receive immense support and guidance from its esteem client Tata Steel Ltd JSR in the initiative and also rendering valuable inputs and suggestions for further improvements.
