As the primary operational task of the company is of transportation of Industrial Products, hence the company deals with Heavy Vehicles like, Dumpers, Trailers, Hyva etc. The maintenance of the same automatically becomes of huge impetus and concern for the company. One such maintenance task is Tyre Maintenance and checking which requires opening of the tyres.
Initially the task involved very high human effort and also borne Hazard & Risk of Accident and injuries in the process. In order to mitigate the same, the company has taken an innovative and one of its kind initiative of Torque Multiplier, which increases the torque 15 times and makes its easy to loosen or tighten any highly torque Bolt or Nut (2800 Nm max Torque).
